Located in Northlake, Texas, Le Rich MedSpa is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to helping our clients look refreshed, feel confident, and age beautifully.

Founded by Stacy Holland, RN, BSN, RNC, Le Rich MedSpa combines advanced aesthetic technology, medical expertise, and highly personalized care to create natural-looking results tailored to each individual.

We believe aesthetic medicine should never be one-size-fits-all. Every client relationship begins with getting to know you—your concerns, your goals, your skin, and what you want to achieve. From there, we develop a customized treatment plan designed to enhance your natural features rather than change them.

Our services include wrinkle relaxers such as Botox® and Dysport®, dermal fillers, advanced laser and skin rejuvenation treatments, RF microneedling, HIFU, customized medical-grade facials, massage therapy, IV hydration, red light therapy, and wellness services.

The Story Behind Our Name

The name Le Rich MedSpa is deeply personal to our founder, Stacy Holland, and was created in honor of her grandparents, Lee and Richard.

Lee was a firm believer that every woman deserves to feel beautiful and confident, and she wholeheartedly supported women in making their own choices when it came to self-care and doing what made them feel their best. That belief left a lasting impression on Stacy and continues to influence the philosophy behind Le Rich MedSpa today.

When choosing a name for the practice, honoring Lee and Richard through “Le Rich” felt like the perfect way to carry a piece of their legacy forward.

At Le Rich, we believe self-care is personal. Whether someone chooses a subtle aesthetic treatment, advanced skin rejuvenation, a relaxing massage, or simply takes time for themselves, our role is to educate, support, and help each client make the choices that feel right for them.

Because feeling beautiful isn't about becoming someone different—it's about feeling confident in the person you already are.

Stacy Holland is the Founder and CEO of Le Rich MedSpa and a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience.

Stacy began her nursing career in neonatal intensive care and later gained experience in plastic surgery, where her passion for medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation developed while working alongside plastic surgeon Dr. Charles Wallace, who now serves as Medical Director of Le Rich MedSpa.

Her approach to aesthetics focuses on personalized treatment planning, client education, safety, and natural-looking results. Rather than changing the way a client looks, Stacy's goal is to help each person look refreshed, rested, and confident while maintaining the features that make them uniquely themselves.

Stacy provides aesthetic consultations and specializes in injectable treatments, facial rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
